In the face of a trying time for the industry, we have actually had a good, strong year over the last 12 months. Information security may be buffered to some degree because it is not really a discretionary expenditure, but we have, once again, shown an extremely high renewal rate on contracts and solid growth in cultivating new customers. These results provide the foundation for our continued investment in enhancements to our existing services and innovative additional solutions in the information security marketplace. We know, however, that you have choices -- so thanks again for selecting us to be your technology partner through this period of challenge.

Developing a Remote Deposit Capture Policy/Risk Assessment Matrix
Creating an Identity Theft Prevention Program to help address Red Flag Guidelines
Planning an Advisory Council collaborative webinar event this summer to help guide us with key strategic initiatives
Participating in the ProfitStars Client Conference this past spring at which our experts presented 10 strong educational courses geared toward helping financial institutions make solid IT decisions
Continuing to upgrade the Gladiator Customer Vault website and our Report sets
I am always thankful for the fine quality of service and depth of expertise within our group. We will continue to work hard to provide you with IT and compliance solutions that help your institution have a solid technology foundation and strong adherence to regulatory compliance expectations. Each person within our group works hard to provide these solutions and you can rest assured that we will continue to do so.
It would be nice to be able to say that the toughest times have passed, but I have a feeling there are more challenges to come. Thank goodness we work for a fine company that is financially sound and better prepared than most to work through this process.
Please remember the ProfitStars Client Conference coming up April 13-17th next spring in Nashville, TN. Once again, at the Conference we will have a strong educational program to help make everyone more knowledgeable of security, regulatory, and systems trends and needs.
